Vegan Curry Potatoes

4 sweet potatoes
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
1 ½ teaspoon of cumin
1 big onion
cut into cubes
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
Piece of ginger thumb size
Finely grated
1 green pepper, finely chopped
1 teaspoon Garam Masala
1 teaspoon ground coriander
½ c. Turmeric tea
2 tablespoons of tikka masala paste
2 x 400 g can be chopped tomatoes
2 cans of 400g drained chickpeas
