2 nests of whole wheat pasta (75g)
1 teaspoon of rapeseed oil
1 tablespoon chopped ginger
1 yellow pepper, emptied and finely sliced
2 red onions (173g), minced
100g Tenderstem broccoli, cut in half
100g frozen soy
thawed
1 red pepper, sown and chopped
Handful of basil leaves
