carrots crackers
If you have a vegan party, make simple carrot canapés that everyone will love. Top with a dill twig and a vegetable chip to impress
ingredients
2 tbsp. Soup of olive oil
1 shallot
, coarsely chopped
1 clove garlic, coarsely chopped
1 teaspoon of cumin
400g of carrots
, coarsely chopped
300 ml of vegan broth
20 crispy vegan crackers (such as olive oil toast)
½ dill, leaves picked, to be served
20 vegetable chips (we used a small Tyrell bag) to serve
